Yes.

The PVC lamination film is used with cold roller machine, sticking machine, wrapping machine and PUR machine etc. After applying the glue on the board, you can paste our pvc film on the surface.

Dirty cleaning for the board

There is a plastic broom on the roller syilnder and will clean the board surface when moving the MDF/PLYWOOD/PASTICLBOAD into the machine. The cleaning part makes the board surface clean for better glue apply and no raised impurities such as sand, ensure the surface smooth after applying the PVC decor film.

Glue Applying

The glue for PVC film is better for a PUR machine and then a cold roller machine.

For the glue selection, you should be carefully too, please kindly check below suggestion:

1. PUR Hot Melt Adhesive (Polyurethane Reactive) – Offers strong bonding and heat/moisture resistance; ideal for PUR machine, vacuum press and membrane press machines. For PVC lamination decor film, the PUR machine is the best way to go.

2. Solvent-Based Adhesive – Provides good adhesion, especially for curved or 3D surfaces, but requires proper ventilation due to fumes.

All of our raw material are the best raw material and we never easily change the raw material.
Every order,we keep the sample of the order,every time we compare the color to make sure the color is always same.

Normally it is around 1%,and even less.for defective products we can replace it or compensate it.

The price is according to the thickness and width. The payment term is: 30%T/T, 70% by the copy of BL.
